The quickest way to report a problem (not related to coronavirus workplace safety guidance) is to use our online form and when you submit it you will get an acknowledgement . If you can't use the form, you can phone us on 0300 003 1647 and we will fill in the form with you. Our lines are open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm (on Wednesdays we are open from 10am to 5pm).
