As MD Safety processes Client and personal information we are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office to ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)Data Protection Act 2018.

We ensure that all information is held securely and confidentially and information is only shared with others with express permission where it is required for the pursuance of our Clients' businesses.
